vacuum issue

does the tach...oil pressure, and fuel economy gauge all run off a a vaccuum pressure line.

I pulled my cluster this weekend...put it back.... oil gauge is dead...tach works at idle properly...won't go above 1200 rpms...

everything else runs fine.... accidentally blew a fuse that runs radio and some lights...but I replaced it and its fine...

tried to fix the odo...no luck.

Only the economy gauge is vacuum operated. The oil pressure & temp gauge are both electrical.
