What is the correct operating fuel pressure coming from the pump?

Thanks!

If you dead head the pump into a guage it should make over 100 PSI. If you "tee" into the feed going into the fuel distributor you should have around 90 PSI give or take a few PSI. I've seen engines run with 80 up to 100 PSI.

I'll agree with the 5bar figure.

Thanks for the info, I've got about 35 psi on my car and it's not enough for the fuel distributor to fire...
I want to get this car running so that I can test the various systems: engine, trans, climate... before I tear the car apart...

but be bloody careful with petrol / electrics...
