weird electrical stuff
 

A while back, my car developed some electrical gremlins as follows - low washer fluid light was always on (I ended up removing bulb because it was annoying), and when either front door was open, the radio would come on as would radar detector plugged into cigar lighter (even with key removed). I fixed door sensors to trick car into not knowing the doors were open so it would stop doing that. Well my voltage regulator failed recently, and I replaced it. I noticed that the radio coming on with door open thing stopped recently (can't say if it was before or after the voltage regulator replacement). And just to check, I plugged the low washer fluid bulb back in and sure enough it is no longer on. Were the gremlins going away coincidence? I thought this was pretty weird. I also noticed that sometimes when a door is open (with key removed) the ANTILOCK light comes on briefly.
