power window & backlights connected?
 

I'm not a mechanic which will be obvious by my question! I get home today, go to roll up the windows and the rear drivers side window will not go up. I could hear the motor. I did manage to pull it up to about an inch from the top. Then I go in the trunk to get stuff out and my drivers side rear light assembly has fallen out and is laying in the trunk! What the?! I stuck that back in. Are there any wires that would connect the two things? All the lights do work. Just a coincidence? Does this mean I take the rear door panel apart and see whats wrong? When I went out and retried it a few minutes ago, the window would go down in starts and fits but would not go up unless I pulled it up. Thanks in advance. Better not rain. 84 300 SD
