Question ASR And Antilock Warning Lights Wont Go Out.

When I repleced a dead battery in my 1993 300 SE. The ASR and Antilock brake warning lights came on and won't go off. Neither the speedometer nor the speed controls work. (They were working before the battery went dead)What is wrong? Is there any way of resetting those systems?

Thumbs up Thanks for your help.

I am mechanically challenged. What does opv mean? Where is the relay that you are talking about? Once I know where the relay is I can check that fuse. Thank a lot for your help. I figured it had to be something simple.
