leaking brake fluid

I have a 90 420sel that all of a sudden is starting to show brake fluid on the rim and tire, mostly on the inside of the tire. Is this normally a caliper that needs to be replaced or could it possibly just be a loose connection somewhere? The brakes seem to work fine and do not pull to one side. Any help is appreciated.

Pull the wheel and inspect/attend to it immediately or take it to a mechanic for diagnosis and repair.

Blown caliper seals or bad hose, replace at once as eventually you will have no brakes on that axle. Not funny.
