AMG W124 rear spoiler (not a 3-pc ducktail?)
 

Okay folks... This eBay auction for a European AMG W124 rear spoiler defies my parts knowledge:

From the photograph, the relevant part numbers are:

"HECKSPOILER: 124
HERSTELLER: AMG
TYP: 7880339 TYPZEICHEN: MPA 36012"

For reference, the AMG Hammer 3-piece rear deck spoiler p/n is 7880406 (sedan) or 7880416 (coupe).

Can anyone identify this part? It looks nothing like the early 124 spoilers I have seen in Germany and Belgium. No idea which AMG-modified vehicles this part would have been installed on.
