does anyone know how to romove the front bumper including the black impact strip on a 300e?

All the mounting bolts are accessed from behind the bumper.
At the outer tips are small box shaped brackets which have bolts in them as these only support the outer sections. The main front section has two bolts on each side bolting it to the frame as there are no 5mph bumper shocks. Before unbolting it completely, make sure you remove the ambient temperature sensor near the front license area as they are a pain to replace and expensive!
