Yes It could be fuel pump relay, but it is US $139.22 from fast lane (link above) may be dealer charges $490. Do a search on the forum for fuel pump relay, there is a way to jump few pins to get the car started. This way you will confirm that it is a fuel pump relay and not some other component.

Good luck and keep us posted.

what pins do i jump?

Take the FP relay out, and jump pin 30 to pin87. It should get the pump running (you should be able to listen to it) if it is the relay issue. Do not run too long like this, you have to take the jumper out when you turn off the car. If it turns out to be the relay, try fixing the cold sloders in the relay. It is a very common promblems on these, opent the relay and resolder all the joints, especially the big ones. A lot of people on the board has fixed the relay by resoldering it, once fixed it works for long time.
Hope it helps, keep us posted
