Exclamation HELP...M103 head assembly problems... pulley location

I am assembling my 89 300SE after having the head reworked. The head is on.... everything dial indicated and lined-up... looking good.
I am just about to put the 2 front covers back on. ..new seals everywhere, but I cant remember how the alternator & guide pulley mount.
Can someone post a pic of the front of the motor and the pulley locations & brackets????
.... as I remember. some of the cover bolts are dual use for holding brackets and I dont want to screw up the sealer.
Thanks guys. Ken

** see what happens in a few months. I thought I would never forget something so simple.

I think the motor should be the same or very close, if you can get the pass side- front of the pulley shot, I think the guide pulley is upper/ left somewhere. Thanks.

On the bracket with the shock on it for the belt tightener, that goes on the drivers side of the engine with NO washers, the 2 bolts with the washers are for the other side, those are the only 4 bolts holding on the front cover. You shouldn't need to do anything to the alternator to replace the head gasket. Don't know what other info you need.
Oh, you have BOTH timing covers (upper and lower) off to r&r the head???

I have both the front covers off. New chain, guides, tensioner and such.
The guide pulley appears to bolt up with the alternator?
I might need to find someone on the road and ask if I can take a look.

Yeah, you're on the right track. The alternator if I'm not mistaken bolts to the lower cover itself.(or to a seperate bracket on the side of the engine?) On the upper part of the lower cover the "fan support bracket" bolts on, the fan hub is part of that bracket and also an idler pulley sort of hangs over to the side above the alternator.
