Auto Climate Control woes...
 
Whenever I switch on the AC..heater or the fan I hear some flap close or open after sometime with a thud...The thud is very loud and can be heard very distinctively...Is this normal...??
Would appreciate any feedback...

most of the flaps that are involved with the ACC have some foam on them, this dries with age and thuds occur :)
If your ACC is functioning properly other than the noise consider yourself blessed :D
