W126 r134 A/C pressure & no go

89 300SE
The A/C has a new condenser, and dryer & 134 oil. Original compressor. Appears to be holding pressure on 134, but the compressor clutch is not kicking on.
What is the jumper to kick to compressor on to see if it even still works. The A/C has not worked prior in 4 years.
