I Have A Whining Out Of My Rear End On My 90 300e Any Ideas On What Can Be Done?

You need to have this diagnosed properly. To start, it could be the differential unit, tires, wheel bearings, or flex disc. Get a good diagnosis before throwing money at the problem.
