I have 195/65-15 in front and rear right, but the rear left is 205/60-15. Would it cause any problem likie instability or something else??

The Overall Diameter of the 205 60 R15 is probably a little lower and it may also be a little wider. I believe it is within a safe range (maybe 0.3"), but I personally don't like mismatched tires on my car. If you are going to buy new tires soon, then I would ride them out until then.

yeah, 10mm wider (205-195=10). you should have same size tires on each axle. I would see what size the spare is and see if you can make a match if it's in decent shape.

Take Schumi's advice and at least match the tire sizes on the rear axle. The car will handle better and be safer to drive. Also check the tire pressure all around. W124's are designed for the same tire size on both axles so I'd get a matched set ASAP.
