What's wrong with these pictures?

While monkeying around under the beast the other day, I noticed there seems to be a few things gone astray. I hit the dealership and asked about the missing parts. The guy just shrugged and said his diagrams didn't show them. Can anyone please confirm that there are missing inspection covers where the arrows indicate. It would be especially helpful if you have the part numbers handy.

in the first picture there is a cover missing, it is mercedes number 102-014-00-33, as for the other picture, i have never seen anything in that hole, i have seen hundreds. Ray
