CD Player -1999 C280
 

I'm interested in purchasing/installing a CD player for a 1999 C280. Were all the C280's built in 1999 pre-wired for the factory CD player? I've seen players on E-Bay for sale for the 1999 Mercedes needing fiber optic wiring. Any special brackets/hardware needed to mount unit in the well in the trunk?

Pretty sure your car has everything ( fibre-optic & electrical connections ) pre-installed.
Pull out the trunk panel ( passenger side ), & you should see it.
The bracket should come with the changer. ;)

you can use E class or C class CD changer in your car, but ML CD changer will not fit your car!!!! :eek:
