PLEASE help. climate control
 

I was changing my climate control unit in my 91 190E 2.6.When we pulled the connectors out,the cap came off.Both caps came off and I need someone to please email me a pic so I can tell which one goes to which.The wires do not have any kind off numbers on them.thanks

When you write about "caps" are you talking about the two modular plugs?

or the cap off the connectors and now the wires ( colors) are all mixed up?

I think thats what hes talking about.

I have the same problem, but somehow I got the wires all back together, but im not sure if its even right.

Yes ,the caps off the connectors.I need to see what the inside looks like.I've tried looking everywhere on the forum.

I may have the acc manual from an 86 but I don't know if it will help. I will try to take a look tonight

You can look at the wiring diagram and it will give you the pin outs and wire color code. When you get it right the wires will all fall into place nice and orderly.
