Strut bump stop Qs...
 

haha im back home for spring break so my endless stream of questions begins again. I ordered a set of bump stops for my 92 300e which is lowered on H&R lowering springs. I thought i ordered the right ones for a "sport" suspension, but when I put them on, the strut is hitting against the bump stop when the car is just sitting there. (the other units weren't available at the time) . Did i order the wrong ones? The original ones on my car were a dark orange and the new ones were yellow, so I assumed these were different, I couldnt check the sizes because there was only half of the old bump stops left. Any insight/advice would be greatly appreciated.

Some lowering springs come with instructions to cut the bumpstops in half. ;)

In half you say? That sounds about right... Ill cut them up and post back here with the results. Thanks!
