I'm trying to replace the wiper blade insert on my 1991 190E (single blade). I have the replacement insert and the service CD but I can't figure out how to get the old one off. There's clips on each end that look like one would have to come off, but how?????

Hi Jim, I did a reply to this but it ended up under another thread header 'Wiper blade insert', hope it helps anyway...

To get the blade off of the car is the first step. You push in on the button and then push the blade toward the wiper motor. Take off the blade.

Now you can pull out the wires that hold in the blade. Take off the blade and install a new one. Reinstert the wires with the center of the bow facing the glass.
