clock only runs when car does, is it the relay ??
recently had alternator issues, got it replaced. now the rear defroster, radio, and antennae and clock dont work, looks like something got poarized in a jump start effort. looked at all the fuses, seem fine. the clock only works when the car is running, does this mean a relay has gone ? so how do i isoloate it and or test it. i would be moist grateful for any input

Looks like it isn't getting any power off the "always on" circuit. Does your radio hold pre-sets after you stop and restart the car?

Look at the red fuse on top of the OVP if it happened after a jump start. Double check the regular fuses again, as sometimes they look good on cursory inspection, but aren't. I'm assuming a 126 300SD?
