Wiring question - 300E right turn indicator

I am trying to determine which wire going to the back of the instrument cluster activates the right turn signal indicator. Car is 87 300E. Outside turn signals all work fine, both sides. Right turn indicator does not come on or blink though. Left one is fine. Bulbs are all fine. Thanks for any info.

Looks like it is supposed to be a black-green wire that runs from the turn signal switch to pin 8 in conn X63 and on to the Instr. cluster at pin 16 in conn. x3. It is supposed to be just a smaller version of the wire that runs to the right turn signal lights.
Hope that helps.

Thanks. I'm going to see if that bad boy is getting any power when the rt turn signal is activated.
