Most likely the brushes on the blower motor are worn down. You can find the motor behind the glove box. Open up the glove box and remove the liner. You might turn on the AC and simply tap the motor and see if it comes to life. You can remove the blower motor through the glove box and check the brushes and either replace them or the entire motor.
