Mine rolled over 200,000 miles last night driving home from work (did stop & took some pictures). Time to apply...YEAHHHH!

Confirmations needed here...I'd need to download the application on MBUSA website, fill it up & have some MB dealer to sign & submit it? Do I need to make an appointment for doing so? and cost?

Print out and fill the PDF form just in case your dealership can't find their stash of forms. It does have to be verified by a Mercedes dealership. At ours, a service rep went over the VIN, engine and chassis numbers and printed out the service/recall history for the car, which he let me keep. The whole process is free, including the shipping from NJ. MBUSA does not offer lapel pins for the original owner that applies for the awards.

That new certificate is very fancy. The one I got for my 300E last year was pretty plain. I think I prefer the old gold Badge though. Only a couple thousand more miles and I can stick it on the 300D

In late August, I took a mileage award application to my dealer.

It arrived this week and looks like the box in post 11. It also came with some other brochures to buy MB stuff.

All in all, a very nice presentation.
