Brake Pad And Rotor Replacement

Any one has step by step instructions to replace the front brake pad and rotors for 1997 c230 (w202)

Look at the instructions in the DIY section for the E class brake pad replacement with the single piston front calipers. (It's the W210 described at the bottom of the article. Procedure will be mostly the same for your vehicle. Only difference I think is your car doesn't have the anti-rattle spring and the caliper slides are slightly different.
