A complete stab in the dark on my part would be the OVP (over voltage protector). Use the search function to learn more. (might want to vary your search terms if nothing useful comes up the first time or two around)

As stated above, the OVP could be your problem. Bad fuel pump relay could also be the culprit.

SEARCH facility has loads of info on both issues.

I would lena toward the fuel pump relay since after the engine is warm it stalls..

what happens is that the metal contacts within the BAD relay get hot from engine heat and start to expand... thus breaking the electrical connections...

You have 3 options...

1.) Purchase a new one (~$110)

2.) Open it up and resolder (~$?)

3.) Call me a liar!

The SEARCH facility will tell you all you need to know about 300E fuel pump relays.

Been discussed a million times.

You've either got a bad ignition rotor or a bad crankshaft position sensor. Seen this many times and it could be either.

One other possibility is the ignition module. Next time it happens, see if you have spark.
