W126 taillights question
When do the rear lights behind the inside red lense ( nearest the liscense plate ) come on?
Reason I ask is my dash light monitor is on but all my lights are working, including the lisc plate lights, brake lights, turn signals side and rear running lights, but when I did the test the thought came to me that I've never seen these lights on! weird. Are they brake lights, running lights, 4 ways? Thanks in advance for any tips/ advice. Todd

no kiddin'
well I feel sheepish. LOL. I've had the car for 3 years now and just figured out I hadn't seen those lights on.
My right front turn signal was causing the dash light to come on. Just jiggled it back to working for now. Replace the bulb tomorrow. It's all good and thanks for the reply.

I think those were meant to be rear fog lamps for the euro market? Well I took my lamps out one day and saw you can wire some bulbs up in those location, but I wonder how?
