Need Help 96 Diesel????
 

First thanks for your help if you are reading this.

I have seen my glow plug light come on after the car has been started. This occurs occasionaly. Should I replace all of them? The car has 109,000 miles on it and I do not believe they where ever changed out.

I also hear gurgling in the heater/AC system. It acts like it is burping!!! One of the heater hoses was leaking and had to be tightened up. Not sure if there is air in the system and if so how do you purge it?

I would replace all of the glowplugs since you have to remove the complete intake manifold to get to them easily.

Regarding the burping, tough to say but would imagine any air to eventually get filtered out through the expansion tank. Did you check you expansion tank for your coolant whthere there is any oil in there. Might have a head gasket leak. But that is just an assumption.
