brake calipers

I am looking at upgrading my brake calipers on my 1987 190e 2.3-16V. Any idea where I can find better than stock brake calipers?

find a auto parts store that carries the OEM calipers for your vehicle

I can't imagine that you need "upgraded" brake calipers. I've run my car on race tracks like the 2.5 mile Willow Springs course with pads that were ill-suited for track work and the brakes performed satisfactorily. You're already starting out with "upgraded" front brakes because they are the same as on a 300E, which are bigger than other 201s.

If you want more braking power, go with 400E brake calipers and rotors. Check out www.2phast.com for more info. He did it successfully and its a bolt on upgrade.

The '93 400E calipers are great, but you'll need to get wheels to clear.
