A/c Control Module A/c not working s500
 

Hi, I had a problem with my ac in that the control panel on the dash would not turn it on. I took it to the local dealer and they checked it. Cleared several error codes one being b1241 then determined that the module was bad and replaced it. $878.40 parts and labor. Picked up car next day and later that day same problem. Called them back and took car in a few days later. This time they told me that my battery was to weak and installed new battery. Over $300 which they covered. Next day I had the same problem contacted them and they provided a loaner car when I took it in several days later. Both times they told me that the mechanical items checked ok. That it was electrical. This last time they said that I needed a Drier, temperature sensor, teperpature part and recharge system. Another $700.00. I feel that the original control on the dashboard was not defective from the beginning and that it was doing what it was designed to do. Am I wrong. Thanks
