Hi, My Father is considering a 91 350sd...maybe older. Recently I have heard information on this car saying that there are inherent problems. Can anyone set me straight?

Try using the search function for 350SD or 350SDL. I can tell you that the 3.5 diesel motor is an expensive repair waiting to happen.
