1989 300TE No Dash Illumination

At night I have no dashboard illumination when the headlights are on. I have checked all the fuses and they are fine. Any ideas on what is causing the problem. If it's a bulb, does anyone know where it is located and how to access it. Thanks, Jay.

Perhaps you have them accidentally turned off.

There is the button on the instrument cluster that you push to reset the tripometer.

If you turn it the right, it brightens your dash lights. If it is turned all the way to the left, you have turned the lights off.

Try wiggling the dimmer, and twisting all the way left and all the way right a few times. This is on the dash.
