W124 Amg Fender Spacers

Can somebody please provide detailed instructions on how to install the
AMG fender spacers on a W124.

Here is a pic of what they look for those of you who haven't seen them before.They are 8 mm front and 10 mm rear thickness and are hubcentric. Apparently, these will allow you to put a 40 offset S class rim onto the 300e or 300 ce models and should work on any Benz.
