2001 E320 HID adjustments ? ? ?

Hello, my first post. I have a 01 320 wagon and I can not find the steps to align my Xenon lamps. They are very low. The fog lamps are safer to drive with. I don't want to start turning the one adjustment knob I can see.
Any thoughts?? Thank you, mark
