Windshield

Just got hit with a small stone and it left a small mark.Can this be fixed,or must i live with it ? The windshield is only one year old.

it depends on size and deepness.

usually any starburst shaped hit the size of a quarter or smaller can be filled and made less apparent. Plus it helps prevent the crack from spreading due to frozen water.

Be careful where you have the work done, some of the franchise places pull stunts like " anything in the line of sight for the driver means a new windshield, federal law " I was thrown that one years back.

I will call some co's. and get a price.I know about that law in Fl. but the same law does not apply in Ga.Thanks for the info.
