The problem is that the link you sent me is for the Clifford Owners Guides. I just need to reset the system. One method is to get the Clifford Install Manual. Clifford will send that to me which has complete instructions on how to install and program the alarm. The problem is that they need to know which model alarm I have. The previous owner had the alarm installed and so I don't know what the model number is. I searched for quite some time and still can't find the Clifford black box that has the model number on it. It is hidden very well!
Someone who has some experience with Clifford would know how to reset the system through the remote control in a matter or minutes.
