Abs, Bas Lights Tech Needs Tech Help

I Am Working On A 99clk 430. After 15 To 20min Of City Or Freeway Driving The Abs And The Bas Light Comes On. When The Car Is Turned Off The Light Resets. I Can Not Get Into The Abs With My Scan Tool. Any Ideas Would Help I Don't Want To Send This One To The Dealer.

Bad brake switch?
