hey the keyless entry remote does not work all the time on our 01c240 what do we do???

should be under warrenty
 

take it back and have the dealer take care of it.

Have you tried both keys? Mine have been completely flawless so far, albeit only a little over three months.

Front doors failing to unlock following a request from the transmitter key may be related to too little or no clearance in the door lock. MB advises clearance adjustment in accordance with WIS repair procedure AR72.10-P-4011P.
