Sunroof Scraping, How to Adjust???

On my "new" '94 300TE Wagon, the sunroof is scraping the paint on the passenger side, for about the last 3 inches of the panel. It is about 0.1 inches higher on that side when the roof is retracted about 4 inches or so. When closed, it fits perfectly. The height adjustment screw on the chrome track doesn't seem to help, although I haven't moved it much. Question: Is there a specific adjustment for this problem? Many thanks for any help you can offer.

Removing the sunroof headliner????????????

I found the instructions as to adjusting the sunroof to avoid scraping the paint, but how on earth do you remove the headliner to get to the adjustment points? The instructions say to unclip the 4 clips. Where exactly are these clips? I sure don't see them and I am reluctant to force anything. Anybody know?

The 4 clips (pins, actually) are spaced across the front. Open the roof about 1/2 way, gently pry down headliner with a wide scraper or something similar until free. Open the roof all the way. Slide sunliner forward, up and out.
