140 Blower Problem
95 S500
My blower motor doesn't seem to operate at full speed when it is hot outside. The motor has recently been replaced, so my sense is it has to do with a valve/sensor. The refrigerate level is fine. Thoughts? Thanks, Lyndon Tilson

Well, since a new MB 140 blower comes with a regulator one must assume that isn't the problem. I hate assumptions though and would verify the regulator anyway when I verified the control signal. The control signal is a 1-6v signal with 6v being max blower speed.

You say it doesn't respond to temperature. Does it blow at max when you set the thumbwheel to max?

Even when set to max it does not blow hard....until it runs for a while and the interior of the car cools off a bit.
