step up to 210, if possible
I have seen plenty of e320 wagons in the 12k range that, if you can swing it, I would highly recommend. Safety is the biggest factor for us, side airbags and collapse zones are markedly better. Reliability? After 122k miles it seems like one thing after another. Why, just the other day, I had to put new wiper blades on the thing!
Good luck hunting. I won't dis the BMW, just ask anyone who owns one about the tranny and belts, just my opion though... g
