91 300e Fuel pressure regulator, vac line goes where?

Just put a new EHA valve on and noticed the fuel pressure regulator vac line is busted and I cant figure out where it goes. One end is hooked to the reg, the other........?

Not a vacuum line. It is a 'breather' line and should have essentially atmospheric pressure at the other end. However, if the diaphram of the regulator ruptures, it will have gas squirting out, so MB connects it to the breather plumbing to route that occurance to the crankcase. look for a lonely port on the breather rubber plumbing to receive the plastic tubing.

The valve cover, rubber breather hose, has a port for the stiff plastic hose to enter......

Thanks, I thought so..........but it just didnt make sense in the traditional fuel injection kind of way.
