how to disassemble OVP relay?
I think the OVP relay is the cause of my electrical problem on my 300SDL and I can't get it apart. I don't want to pry too hard as it costs ~$70 and would rather fix mine than further break it.
Thanks David

assuming it's the alum type, just take a small slotted screwdriver and pry the metal tabs out where the metal "can" meets the plastic base, just pull the alum off. but an easier way is to look at the schematic on the side and manually bypass the relay. I think you can rig up some wires with torpedo-style crimp-on connectors (I think they're also called bullet connectors) to make the bypass easily as the connectors fit nicely into the female receptacles that the relay plugs into.
