Water blowing out rear vent '91 560SEL

Air vent to the rear passengers, has started blowing water along with chilled air. Anyone encounter such a problem before?

check the drainage holes under the car they might be clogged.

clogged drainage line right side of transmission oil pan, opened/fixed
