95 e320 wagon...a couple of things?
 

Well, Just bought a 95 wagon and wondering about seatbelts. It appears that the previous owners dogs "ate" some of the belts...as they are not there, especially in the rear-most cargo seating area.. I have the replacement parts, but is it a real project attaching them to the body/frame?

Also, I have noticed multiple recievers or ports around the area that look circular, where a male receptacle would plug in...? any idea what these are? (see attached photo)
