You can get it from the dealership or, for example, from Fastlane:

That's the reservoir for the self leveling rear suspension on the wagon. You got a leak somewhere. The valve which controls suspension height is located on the passenger side of the car, near the rear axle. If the leak is coming down the differential, it must be the line that goes from the valve over to the driver side of the car. I'm trying to recall how it is laid out under there; been too long since I worked on one of these. (Don't interpret that as a complaint, I'm not that fond of the undersides of old automobiles.)

The hydraulic fluid runs $20/liter from the dealer - probably more now, that price is five years old.

You might need a new line, somewhat like a metal brake line. Shouldn't be too expensive, and not that difficult to replace. Could also be a problem with the accumulators - it's about time to change them if this car hasn't had it done yet.

The system always has pressure in it, that's why it leaked all night. The self leveling does a good bit of the work holding the back of the car up all the time. It also provides the damping action (ala shock absorbers). No pressure equals no damping, and a bouncy, difficult to control car. I can't decide if the hydraulic pump will get damaged if the car is driven with the reservoir empty. Maybe, maybe not. But the back of the car will sag down. Don't load it up with lumber or kids while it's like this.
