Unhappy Fuel Pump Woes...Help Please

My 84 380SL is not running. I have replaced fuel pump relay, fuel pump (Bosch), accumulator, ICU,fuel filter Still pump does not run. I tested with a direct wire from battery to fuel pump and car runs great. Does anyone have any other suggesstions to troubleshoot and repair?

I don't know a lot about that car, but I remember reading that it could be your OVP, That is a protection relay that cuts out when it gets old. Do a search on it and see if that might help. Good luck!

After checking the OVP (if it has one), I would check the wire that goes from the ignition switch to the relay, and the one from the relay to the pump.
I would start from the pump to the relay.
