Angry chain tension and belt tools.

I am currently in the final stages of removing the head on my 91 300e so that i may replace the head gasket but have run into a bump. I need help on where i can find the tool to remove the timing chain tensioner and because the angle the tensioner is in I have to remove my air pump but i dont know where i can find the belt tension release tool? does any one know a store or online store where i can buy the parts?
thanks.
