Transmission Problem

i have an 89 300ce .i recently had my transmission fluid & filter changed
now when i go to accelerate the car bogs down ,then kind of comes out
of it (gets erratic) It idles fine, when i back up or move forward in driveway it feels fine. a friend of mine told me to leave it in 1st gear & accelerate.
It feels strong. but, when i come up to 2nd or drive I get the problem again.

Sounds unrelated to the tranny to me- check ignition and fuel.

transmission problem

That's why i drove it in low gear. The tranny is not shifting in low gear. I took it up the block & it drove fine.If it were a fuel problem it would've given me a problem.

transmission problem

checked vaccum line at the transmission modulator ,it looks good.
it seems like when you first start it,the car moves forward fine
than it acts up . it's hard to trace the line uo from trans moulator to
engine compartment.Where do you find the vaccum modulator adjustment

I think i found the source of my hesitation. I found a big hole in my center muffler. Can somone confirm that this might be related to my problem.
