1996 C180 horn not working, SRS light is on
 
My wife's 1996 C180 has a horn that is not working.
I checked the horn (hard to get to), fuse, and the steering
wheel horn tab, but they are OK. Can anyone provide me with
a circuit diagram please and further suggestions?

Also the SRS light has come on permanently. Any suggestions?

The common part for both problems ie the CLOCKSPRING (contact sprial) that connects the steering wheel to the steering shaft.

TO turn any SRS lamp off you will need a scanner designed for MB's. ONLY after the repair is made.
