w210 1997 E320 Overheating temperature rising

hello,

i have a 1997 e320 with 72k miles. i got my coolant changed 1 month ago. My car is overheating aand the temp rises to 120. My aux fan works and is on hi speed but the temp keeps rising. Even when the car is driving the temp just rises the car doesnt cool down stays above the 115 mark. What can be the problem? the radiator? orr the thermostat? should i flush the coolant again?
please help thanks

Who did the coolant change and what is the AF/water ratio. Lots of posts about air trapped in the system and causing stuff like this. Any problems before the fluid change?

local mechanic did the change and 50/50. I never had a problem before. When i got it changed it was working well for a while till now i dunno what happened. I think i will do a change myself how should i do it and what should i ratio the mix? 50/50 aand howw much and how do it mix it and where can i bleed it? and should i change the thermostat?
thanks
